I am a graduate of the Colorado School of Trades gunsmithing school, a graduate of many of the law enforcement armorers courses and a former full time professional gunsmith. Since I now work full time as professional physicist, I only take on custom gunsmithing work on a case by case basis.
I don't do some types of general gunsmithing because I do not have to. I do not need to take on more work than I can do with excellent quality standards and in a timely manner because I need to make ends meet. I make a good living as a physicist and only take on projects that I wish to. I strive to not only offer you the best equipment and work that can be gotten, but also in a reasonable time frame. I will leave some general gunsmithing and six month wait times to those who are expert at this. There are many of them. I will refer.

A note on expense, investments and philosophy
It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money, that is all. When you pay too little you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the things it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot, it cannot be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.
